Puppy Application

We ask that you answer the series of questions below in order for us to be able to properly consider you for a new home for our puppies. You can copy and paste these questions and your answers into an email and send it to our email address. Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you by phone or email to tell you whether you are approved or not. If you are approved, in order to hold a puppy for you we require a $200 deposit. If no deposit is made we can not guarantee the availability of a puppy. The deposits are taken on a first come first serve basis once you are approved. Puppies can only be picked up or hand delivered. We are willing to drive 100-200 miles or maybe even more to deliver the puppy to you for a fee which would cover our time and gas.
